Fitness Plans & Nutritional Coaching

Sometimes we just need a plan, some prompting and someone to hold us accountable, but we don’t need them right there in the gym with us or looking over our shoulders at our meals. (Well, yes we do, but we’re learning to use technology to help out more and more.)

First, you start off with a detailed fitness & nutritional questionnaire. Then, you take the Heath Assessment. You journal your foods and training for a few days (being honest) and then we map out a plan together. That first session is $85/session. (And, any onsite training, getting together, etc. follows that same charge.) Then, it’s $20/month for your updates via email, text, and Skype. You’re always able to cancel your monthly subscription or restart it at any time, no worries.

And, I do have a general rule too…if you’re in the gym training when I am and you want to work in with what I’m doing, no charges, but you will have to keep up!

Martial Arts/Digital Dojo

You can train anywhere? At any time? Yes! I do and so do many of our Master Instructors on the 100. Training is geared toward the individual so please contact us for a detailed review of where you are in your current training and where you want to be with it.

Hypnotherapy/Guided Relaxation

Dr. Kelly is now making appointments for online and virtual Hypnotherapy sessions. With weather and distance impacting so many people, moving virtual was the absolute best decision. Requirements for a virtual hypnosis session? It’s very easy!
